I ordered the game a few days ago but i never got the code! I double checked everything and it's all correct but still no code! How do i get it!

ok i downloaded the real version without a code and it worked but when i logged out then logged back on it was the trail verison agin!

ok the first was June 2, 2007 and the second time was June 6, 2007. I don't think it is registering in ur data bases for some reason.

May be you should try paying via PayPal?
I really can't see any order from you in our database.

No charges apply to your credit card until the order gets through - so don't worry about being overcharged at least.

Im just another player and do not represent the forum or game developers....
Might I suggest a deep breath and regaining our composure. If the purchase procedure were going properly then Im sure you would have gotten your code by now. Possibly you have cookies or java turned off and the purchase looks like its going through but never actually completes. I had some similar experience with my purchase. Turned out to be one of those "Oh silly me!" moments.
You would have gotten a purchase order number at the end of your purchases. If you can provide this number it would go a long way towards resolving your issue. If not then I suspect your purchase never went through and you need to look at your security settings for the site where you are making the purchase.

ok so i tried it one more time on a this website. I entered everything correctly then clicked purchase. A screen came that on the top said transaction denied. Why did it do that?

Hard to hazard a guess. How are you trying to pay, credit card?
