Game 19491 broken

When I try to make the first move the game never loads past the first bar. This is an islands10 map, I had to get it from the MAN to play. Are the maps not compatible with the boxed version?

Did you download patch with maps from the official site?

I downloaded the patch prior to this game starting. I only see one patch, no "patch with maps". Where do I get that one from?

I think you have MA (box-version).
Tne islands10 map is Emerald.
You should download the following patch:
