Hi,

I have a problem in the demo ver 1.1.191. The sound will play during the introduction screens but not in the game (I have only played the tutorials so far).

I have tried changing the sound option from software to hardware and vice versa with no change.

I have had no problem with in game play (mouse is visible etc), but after completing the game (either victory or defeat) I am not shown the victory/defeat screen (as is shown on a friends demo version).

The game screen still displays, the side menu (with the end round button etc on it) dissapears and the mouse buttons have no effect. E.g. i can move the mouse, see the cursor moving but cannot click on any units, or right click and there are no buttons on the screen to click.

The keyboard seems to work occasionally, e.g. I can press Esc to show a menu where I can cursor down and press Enter to exit the game and restart (the mouse button still doesn't work on these buttons)
After restarting the sound works for the into again and the mouse works, I can play one game then need to restart the game again to continue playing.

I have an Nvidia Gforce2 MX400 video card (ASUS AGP-V7100 Pro )
AMD1700+
on a Gigabyte 7VTXE KT266A Dual BIOS DDR Motherboard with RealTek ALC201A audio codec on board.
and 512Mb PC2100 DDR ram

Hope we can get this sorted, I love the game so far.

Just to clarify the above

I don't actually think this is a mouse problem, I think it is more that the window (victory/defeat) does not appear for me to click on to get back to the main menu.

I think i have found the problem.

There is an application (which is installed with the motherboard) called Sound Manager (soundman.exe) for the Realtech AC97 on-board sound.

If you quit this application prior to running MA it seems to work fine most of the time.

Would you still like the log files?
