I start the game and the window is very small i can see 1/4 of the picture.

Usually this means that you have
1) too old drivers for your video card
2) too old (DX8.1 incompartiable) video card

please try to download latest drivers, and if it does not help, visit our support page www.massiveassault.com/support.php
