So I bought the game few days ago, and tried installing it. Yes, it was the real thing, not some illigal copy. Anyway, After I installation, I tried running it. But all I get when I try to run it is this "ma.exe" exception error. Tried downloading a new ma.exe as someone suggested, no luck.
The game never finished intitializing. Nothing but the ma.exe error.
Help?

Well, as of that Support form, the main two things we need from you are those two files:
DxDiag
and
ma.log

These files contain the necessary techical info, which will help the developers understand the problem better.

The Support web page contains the detailed instructions of how to obtain those two files.

Actually, the Patched version will contain the automated bug reportin utility... but now you have to obtain those two files "manually"...
