I recently decided to unsubscribe from MAN and return to MA, however I can't get my profile changed from TRIAL version and subsequently can't play any of my matches. How do I restore my profile to MA? I tried using "restore profile" however it doesn't help.

No, you should have contacted them in the first place.

In actual fact I did email them before posting here, but I wanted to see if there was an easy answer to my problem given that support wouldn't necessarily answer me straight away whereas one of you might be able to.

As it happens, I am still waiting an answer from support, but it has only been a day or two.
