i still and yet really dont understand what are the exact condition to have a 100% win (or defeat, of course ) can anyone summaryze it for me?

There is the following formulas:

1. If sum of countries for player is more than sum of countries for opponent, then:
Balance = (sum of countries for player / sum of countries for opponent - 1) / 2,5 * 100%

2. If sum of countries for opponent is more than sum of countries for player, then:
Balance = - (sum of countries for opponent / sum of countries for player - 1) / 2,5 * 100%

*rounding down.

Sum of countries is sum of secret armies (8, 12, 18) from all countries under player’s control + armies of secret allies + half of sum of secret armies from disputed countries.
