Would it be desirable to have a banner or message box where players who are requesting leniency because their PC is down or problematic or going out of town could do so easily and there would be a common place where these would be located, making it easy to alert opponents, and saving players from losing games because of Time-Outs which are lousy ways of losing games, and I would like to see player options for "No Time-Outs"....?
